Motorcycle Safety Downloads

Our program is the largest in Maryland and is certified by the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration and the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF).

Successful completion of our Basic Rider Course (BRC) or Alternate Basic Rider Course (BRC II) qualifies for a Maryland Class-M (motorcycle) license. These courses satisfy the Washington, DC DMV’s riding skills test requirements.  Residents of other states, please check with your local MVA to see if our training program will meet your state’s requirements.

Already have a license? Improve or refresh your riding skills with an Experienced Rider Course (ERC).

Courses Offered

  • Basic Rider Course - BRC (OCC-361)
  • Alternate Basic Rider Course - BRC II (OCC-369)
  • Experienced Rider Course - ERC (OCC-365)
  • Motorcycle Maintenance (OCC-354)
